Although we try to help as many customers recycle their goods as possible, there are some materials we cannot accept:

- Liquids or fluids of any kind
- Garden waste
- Food
- Hazardous waste or chemicals
- Radioactive materials
- Tin
- Flammable materials – ammunition or fireworks
- Closed containers – fuel/gas tanks, beer kegs, fire extinguishers
- Illegal goods – guns, contraband, illegal imports
- Computer or electronics scrap – phones, microwaves, display screens, TVs, keyboards, headphones
